Symptom

Solution
1. To recover the system, connect the AC power adapter and allow the system to charge the battery for a minimum of 15 minutes before attempting to power on the system.
2. Update the system to Chrome OS 74 or later (select About Chrome OS, then Check for updates).
Additional Information
If the battery is allowed to fully discharge and left in this state for an extended period of time, the battery may become "deep discharged". Charging the battery for 15 minutes is needed to recover the system.
Lenovo recommends users connect the AC power adapter when the system reaches 2% battery remaining to avoid fully draining the battery.
