How to do device's entitlement check?

ENTITLEMENT CHECK

IMEI checking result mainly includes two parts: Product Basic Information and Warranty Information.

1. Product Basic Information, which includes:

  • IMEI
  • IMEI2 - the second IMEI
  • SN - Machine Serial Number
  • Model - Handset Model
  • Country - Production Country
  • Color - Handset Color
  • MTM - Machine Type Model
  • Transceiver
  • Capacity

2. Warranty information, which includes:

  • Product Type - Phone, Charger/USB Cable, Battery and Earphone
  • Warranty Status - In Warranty (INW) or Out of Warranty (OOW)
  • Different warranty status is highlighted in different colors

3. In Repair History part, all previous service orders for this IMEI will be listed. User can go to detailed page of the specific service order by selecting the "SO Number".
