(Fix) DVD movie full screen playback is not smooth in battery operation using interlaced movies.
(Fix) ATI display driver package is shown as 'Not installed' in Software Installer and ThinkVantage System Update applications.
(Fix) In Event View under Diagnostics Performance, critical log, which shows shutdown process is delayed by ATI display driver, is recorded.
(Fix) Display position of the extended desktop is changed after re-docking the system.
(Fix) Magnification values in Full Screen Magnifier application appears twice.
(Fix) After closing LCD and re-opening the lid on a system connecting external display device, the display does not return to LCD.

Installation instructions
Note: Before installing a new version, it is recommended to uninstall the previous version first.
Start Windows Vista and logon with administrative privileges.
Save this package to the hard drive and double-click the driver package to extract it to your hard drive.
Click Start, select All Programs, select Accessories, then click Run...
Specify SETUP.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 2, and click OK.
Example: C:\DRIVERS\WIN\VIDEO\SETUP.EXE
Follow the instructions on the screen.
Click Finish and restart the system.
Unattended video driver install for system administrators' use only.
Extract driver and:
For Windows Vista 32-bit:
\drivers\win\video\bin\atisetup -noui -install
For Windows Vista 64-bit:
\bin64\atisetup.exe -noui -install
Notes:
During installation, the following dialogs may appear due to certain security features of Windows Vista. Please choose Install and then proceed Installation.
Message 1: Windows Security - Would you like to install this device software? You should only install drivers software from publishers you trust.
Message 2: Windows Security - Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software.
During installation, the following dialogs may appear due to User Account Control in Windows Vista. Please click Continue or Allow and then proceed installation.
Message 1: A program needs your permission to continue If you started this program, continue.
Message 2: An unidentified program wants access to your computer Don't run the program unless you know where it's from or you've used it before.
Uninstall
Start Windows Vista and logon with administrative privileges.
Click Start, select Control Panel.
Double-click Programs and Features.
Select ATI Catalyst Install Manager then click Change.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
Click Allow or Continue, then proceed uninstallation.
Determining which version is installed
Start Windows Vista.
Right-click anywhere on an open area of the Windows desktop, select ATI Catalyst Control Center. If the ATI Catalyst Control Center is opened for the first time, a window will open asking to choose between Basic or Advanced. Select Advanced and click Next.
Catalyst Control Center Notification window will open then click Yes. Catalyst Control Center Advanced window will open.
In the Graphics Settings pane, select Information Center then Graphics Software. In the Graphics Software pane, Driver Packaging Version is displayed.
