Your screen lock is the key to your tablet. Be sure you always remember it! If you forget your screen lock pattern or password, contact our repair centers for assistance, but please be aware that you may lose your data.
Go to “Settings”, tap “All Settings”, swipe down to “Personal” then tap “Security”. To set up a screen lock with a pattern or password, tap “Screen lock” and choose a locking option. Here we will choose “Pattern”. Connect at least 4 dots to create a unique pattern. Redraw the pattern a second time to confirm. Now you have a new unlock pattern.
To reset or remove your unlock pattern, tap “Screen lock” and draw your unlock pattern. If you prefer to use a password or a numeric PIN, tap “Password” or “PIN”, and then input your password and confirm.
