Opsi ini lebih mungkin digunakan saat mesin masih dapat di-boot ke Windows dengan benar. Windows 11 Pro system that are downgraded to Windows 10 Pro (Downgrade program) – (get Windows 11 or Windows 10 recovery media)

If your computer was preinstalled with the Windows 10 Professional operating system through the downgrade rights of the Windows 11 Pro license, you are entitled to upgrade to the licensed OS (Windows 11 Pro).
You’ll need at least a 16GB USB key to download the recovery files. Downloading time will vary depending on internet speed.
For Downgrade machines, Lenovo will provide either Digital Download (download files and create Recovery Media USB key by customer) or USB Recovery key ( Lenovo ship to customer).
If your machine type is Non-Downgrade, only Digital Download available.
Note: Lenovo is only allowed to send recovery media for your systems licensed OS.
Lenovo is not allowed to send:
2. Submit and create the recovery media order. (A Lenovo ID is required, what is Lenovo ID? Sign up for Lenovo ID)
3. Order confirmation.
4. Email confirmation. (Allow 2-3 business days for this email)
5. Download USB creator tool, details refer to “How to download files from Lenovo and create the Recovery USB Key”.
6. Log into the USB Creator tool with Lenovo ID and download the files and create the recovery USB key.
7. Use the recovery key to recover your system to the new OS.

3. Order confirmation.
4. Email confirmation with order information. (Allow 2-3 business days for this email)
5. For Tracking information, please send your order detail to recovery@lenovo.com (Allow up to 1 week for shipment preparation)
6. DVD and USB media is sent using international ground service. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
